Grace Period
We at DN Transportation understand the airport and cruise port is very busy. With that in mind we will allow a 15-minute grace period to arrive at your pick-up destination. We want to be considerate of our other passengers and their schedules as well. So if you have not arrived to your pick-up destination within the 15-minute grace period we must depart to remain on schedule.

DN Transportation is not responsible nor liable for missed flights or cruise departures. Please schedule your pickup-up/drop-off reservation with your flight time, cruise boarding and disembarkation in mind. Keep in mind Houston Hobby (HOU) Airport is about 50 minutes to Galveston Cruise port one-way with no traffic.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
DN Transportation requires that reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours (2 days) before day of pick-up and/or drop off in order to receive full refund. Failure to give notice of cancellation by 48 hours (2 days) before day of pickup and/or drop-off will result in forfeit of monies. This also applies to but not limited to failure of arrival (no-show) on day of pickup-up.
Cancellations Due to Weather
We understand that some things happen out of our control such as the weather. In the event your cruise is canceled due to weather conditions, we also will provide a refund with proof of cancellation by cruise line. Please provide us with this information as soon as possible, if your cruise has been canceled.
Riding Rules
1. No Smoking or Drug Use of any sort
(including but not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vapes, pipes, hookah and e-cigarettes)
2. No Drinking or Consumption of Alcohol or Liquor
3. No Animals of any sort
(big or small, furry or hairless)
4. DN Transportation and its drivers reserve the right to refuse service due to over aggression, rowdiness, under the influence or a disturbance to company employees or passengers.
